Website Analytics & Cookies

Enrollix takes a privacy-first stance on analytics. We do not set third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Usage statistics are gathered solely via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which stores no client-side identifiers.

Demo Request Form — What We Collect

First and Last Name — used to address you in follow-up communications.
Email Address — used to send the information you requested and schedule a demo.
Institution — helps us tailor the follow-up conversation to your setting.

Providing this information is optional but required for us to reach out. Data is transmitted over HTTPS, handled securely, and not sold to third-party marketers.

Infrastructure & Data Hosting

All Enrollix infrastructure is hosted in the United States on the Cloudflare Developer Platform, with enterprise-grade controls such as WAF, DDoS mitigation, and end-to-end TLS. Data at rest is encrypted and subject to strict access controls.

Product Deployment Options & Data Residency

On Enrollix Cloud — fully managed on Enrollix-operated U.S. infrastructure.
Hybrid — application logic and sensitive data handling can be split according to institutional requirements.
On Your Infrastructure — 100% on-prem or inside a private cloud when needed.

Regardless of the model, the same suite-wide privacy and security expectations apply.

FERPA Commitments & Privacy Principles

Authorized educational use only — student records are processed strictly to deliver requested services.
Institutional control — Enrollix operates under institutional direction rather than independent discretion.
Safeguards against unauthorized disclosure — encryption, authentication, audit logging, and routine security review.
U.S.-only storage posture — Enrollix does not host student data outside the United States without explicit agreement.
Data-protection agreements — FERPA-aligned DPAs are supported upon request.

These commitments extend across every Enrollix product, whether deployed in the cloud, hybrid, or institution-controlled environments.
